Team Offsites

Half-Day to Multi-Day Team Offsites to kick off cultural transformation work. Bespoke offsite design could include components of cultural transformation, leadership capacity and skill building,  strategic formulation, strategic prioritization, etc.

Executive Coaching

One-on-one coaching for Executives at the C-Suite, Senior VP, and VP levels to support with startegic formulation, strategic execution, “manager as coach”, delegation, communication, and collaboration skillsets.

 Coaching Circles

Monthly facilitator-led coaching circles to build peer collaboration and strategic problem-solving across areas of the organization. These circles create accountability for organizational culture change and collaborative growth.

One-on-One Executive Intensives

Half-Day to Full-Day Intensive Session to build leadership capacity through assessment debriefs, targeted coaching, and strategic skill-building. This can be standalone or as a kick-off to coaching. 

Assessments

We use assessments including, but not limited to, 360s, Leadership Circle Profile, Enneagram, Talent Dynamics, StrengthsFinder, and Human Design – depending on organizational preference – to map out team strengths and customize our approach.

About the Founders

Orion Ohev has been training leaders and their teams in cultural transformation rooted in somatic awareness since 2013. He has worked with C-Suite and VP-led teams across various industries including Energy, Higher Ed, Non-Profit, Finance, and Tech, discovering that limitations on organizational effectiveness are always rooted in a lack of somatic awareness. 

He helps leaders and teams build awareness of learned autopilot reactions to each other, to the market, and to uncertainty that keep teams from truly sustaining transformation and ending up back in the same conflicts and collaboration blocks. 

By partnering with Organizaitonal Development and DEI expert coaches and consultants, he blends Somatics with Strategy to ensure that teams shift their reactive patterns to create space to innovate and effectively execute strategy across all levels of an organization.
